Drawing a snowy scene in CSS

Inspired by "Winter Outfits - Vector Illustration" by Hadi Kurnia on Dribbble... I liked the idea of doing something like that, then built if from scratch inspired by that illustration.

And I uploaded a video on how it was done to Youtube. It took a bit hover 1 hour, but the video is only ~3 minutes at 20x:
