Disclosure: We built Dime Dime Baby, an independent photo-to-video tool for making a short fan edit inspired by the Bby Wow dance trend. This guide covers a few ways to make a Bby Wow-style edit, how to prepare a photo, and what to check before sharing the result.
What people mean by “Bby Wow”
People use “Bby Wow” and “dime dime baby” when searching for the same dance trend. “Dime dime baby” is a phrase listeners remember from the track associated with the dance; it is not a separate video effect. The spelling varies because people often search by the words they hear.
Dime Dime Baby is an independent fan-made tool. It is not operated or endorsed by the artists, labels, original dancer, or people associated with the trend. The service does not distribute the original song, and generated videos have no audio track.
Three ways to make a Bby Wow dance edit
1. Find a ready-made video template
Search a video-editing app for a Bby Wow or dance-trend template. A ready-made template can be quick if it accepts the photo or footage you want to use. Preview the full result before editing. Check whether the template is available to your account, whether it adds a watermark, and whether its music can be used on the platform where you plan to post.
2. Build the edit in a video editor
You can assemble a short dance edit manually in a tool such as CapCut. This gives you control over timing, cuts, captions, and sound, but you need suitable footage and have to arrange the sequence yourself. If you add music, use the official sound available inside the social platform where you publish. Audio availability and permitted use depend on the platform, region, and account type.
3. Use prepared dance references
Dime Dime Baby offers a browser workflow built around prepared dance references. Select a template, upload one clear adult portrait you have permission to use, and generate the video. The reference supplies the movement, so there is no prompt to write or timeline to assemble.
The output is a silent 720p MP4 in vertical 9:16 format. Its duration follows the selected reference and ranges from 5 to 15 seconds. The generator shows the credit cost before you confirm: 5 seconds costs 1 credit, 6–10 seconds costs 2 credits, and 11–15 seconds costs 3 credits.
Choose a photo the model can read
Use a clear photo of one adult facing the camera, with the face in focus and the shoulders and body visible. Even light and a simple background help the model identify the person. Leave a little space around the head.
Group photos, masks, dark glasses, heavy filters, strong shadows, and side angles can make results less consistent. Use a JPG, PNG, or WebP image under 10 MB, and upload only a photo you own or have permission to use. Do not use photos of minors, celebrities, copyrighted characters, or the original dancer.
Review the clip before sharing
Generated motion is synthetic, and results can vary. Check the face, hands, clothing, framing, and movement before downloading or posting. The video is a fan-made AI edit, not footage of the original person or a real event.
The output has no audio. If you want music, add the official sound inside TikTok, Instagram, or another platform that makes it available to your account. Follow the platform’s licensing rules, label the clip as AI-generated where required, and avoid implying that the original performer or artists endorsed it.
You can make a Bby Wow AI video, read the step-by-step photo and posting guide, or explore the Dime Dime Baby trend guide. Uploaded photos and finished videos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload; see the privacy policy for current details.
Dime Dime Baby is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original dancer, artists, or rights holders.
