I'm a freelancer myself and the same problem kept coming up with every client...
Big companies have Jira, Asana, all that. But photographers, designers, small independents? Nothing that's actually made for them β everything is either too complex or too expensive.
So I built projektraum.io β a simple client portal tool made for freelancers like us.

You create a portal for each client, share a link (no account needed on their side), and they get:
