Here is the strategic framework to position your brand, source inbound recruiter leads, and convert global remote opportunities.


Phase 1: Optimize Your Profile for Global Recruiters

Global recruiters search for specific signals when sourcing senior remote engineers. If your profile reads like a resume summary of tasks, you will be passed over.

1. Headline Optimization

Replace generic titles with clear domain authority and scale metrics:

  • Software Engineer at Acme Corp
