You can be the smartest person in the room
and still get passed over.
Not because the work was bad.
Because no one understood it.
Here's what took me years to learn:
in tech, the work is only half the job.
The other half is making people
understand the work.
Explaining it simply.
Writing the clear update.
Saying "I'm stuck" before it's a crisis.
Listening more than you talk.
None of that is on the curriculum.
All of it decides how far you go.
The strongest technical skill
is being understood.
