A practical Google Flow workflow: prompt queues, gallery review, and batch downloads

If you use Google Flow to make a set of images or videos, generating each result is only part of the job. You still have to submit the prompts, review the gallery, and collect the files you want to keep.

I'm Ahmethan, the developer of Auto Everything Flow, a Chrome extension for those repetitive steps. This is a practical walkthrough of its scope, rather than a claim that it replaces Flow.

1. Prepare the sequence before submitting

Write one prompt per item and give related scenes consistent identifiers. For example:

prompt 1: A wide shot of a quiet coastal village at sunrise.
prompt 2: A closer view of the same village square, with warm morning light.
prompt 3: A fishing boat leaving the harbour in the same visual style.

These are example prompts, not generated results. Numbered identifiers help you organise a sequence; they do not guarantee that Flow will finish every generation in that order.

The extension's prompt queue handles sequential submission. Google Flow still controls whether a generation is accepted and what it produces.

2. Review the gallery before collecting files

Scan the project's gallery, preview the available media, and select what you actually want. This keeps review separate from downloading: you do not need to treat every generated variation as a finished asset.

The extension supports image and video gallery workflows and batch downloads. It also includes an image-to-video workflow for working from existing project images.

3. Keep the two products' limits separate

Auto Everything Flow has a free tier and optional Pro features, with an interface available in 30 languages. Its subscription does not provide Google Flow credits, remove Google's usage limits, or guarantee generation speed. You still need your own access to Google Flow.

This is an independent extension, not an official Google product.

For creators who already work in Flow: which step is the bigger bottleneck for you, organising a prompt sequence or reviewing and collecting the results? Specific workflow feedback would help me decide what to improve next.
