i've tried to learn to create a private blockchain using besu and GoQuorum in my locale, for now i want to try to make a public blockchain using Geth, if i make genesis and config with what i modified will it be public network and i can run similar like Ethereum? is there a tutorial on how to create a basic geth go-ethereum public blockchain?
