Expressing my gratitude towards Infor for the incredible journey that lasted for a decade is impossible with just a simple "thank you". Hence, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you for your unwavering support, invaluable guidance, and cherished camaraderie during my time in the organization.
I want to especially acknowledge the Infor Management, my supervisor Vynessa Alexander, great leaders Tom Sorgie, Jackson Lee, Adam Malter, Mark Unger, and Terry Woods, super supportive HR colleagues Renu Ganotra, Sunil Joshi, and the entire team, always available IT and Admin teams, and all my wonderful colleagues and friends who have been there for me during my journey.
My team has been an integral part of my life for the past decade, and their support and camaraderie have meant the world to me.
Working with the Engineering Operations Team and collaborating with Karthik Venkatraman on various CSR initiatives, participating actively in HR initiatives, Tech Talks, Annual Days, and cultural events has been an incredible experience that has provided a platform to connect with Infor/Infor Nexus global cross-functional teams.
In summary, these experiences have created long-lasting memories that I will cherish for a lifetime.

My Journey with Infor & AWS Community
Infor / Infor Nexus have been an extended family all through 10 years. I would always attribute all these awards, accolades to my dear friends, colleagues, supervisors, seniors, mentors and family.
As my friends rightly say that you always fly Infor flag high and I can say that I would continue to do that in my journey forward too.
CSR
CSR which stands for Corporate Social Responsibility is an important aspect of corporate culture and responsibility. It is not only beneficial for society and the environment, but also for the long-term success and sustainability of the company itself.
CSR has always been very close to my hear and we really enjoyed doing lots of things together, some which includes
- Donating to charities and non-profit organizations that support social causes such as education, health, and poverty alleviation.
- Supporting local communities, government schools through volunteer work and other initiatives.
- Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Covid Task Force
The pandemic had a significant impact on individuals from various backgrounds and with diverse lifestyle. When the situation started to spiral out of control, Covid Task Force teams were established across the world. As part of #teamInfor, we were honored to step up and provide extensive support to our colleagues and their families who had returned to their hometowns.
The Covid Task Force is a dedicated team of individuals within an organization who are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent the spread of Covid-19 within the workplace. The task force should consist of members from various departments, including human resources, facilities management, health and safety, among others.
I was extremely glad to be one of the leaders along with Upendra Masade, Karthik Venkatraman, Renu Ganotra and Kiran Addala.

Women's Day Celebration
Joined hands with Bhavana Patel, Shwetha Rajiv and Shruthi Mohanraju to celebrate my first Women's day at office and invited my favourite Management Trainer, Mrs.Malathy Krishnan as a special guest. We also had stand-up comedies by couple of male colleagues including Chendur Murugan. That was indeed very thoughtful and fun filled day.
Modern RAW-Ma-Yana
We had a very interesting two days management training for all managers across Infor Nexus. All of us have to work together to plan a theme, script, rehearse a skit and present it to the rest of the employees by end of second day.
Well, the more I tried to stay away from lime-light, I was tagged by the trainer to play as Modern Sita 😊

Infor Nexus Christmas celebration has been always a fun-filled one with many cultural events aka contests.
We did a wonderful show with the theme "Wear Helmet and Be Safe" with many first-timers who never climbed on stage during school or college days and ultimately was super hit, won a first prize too.

Team Enablement
We had lots of anxiety dealing with pandemic and extended WFH. Its myth that interaction with the manager is asking for status update. Let's break that stereotyping and do something different.
In mid June 2021, kicked-off EngOps Tech Drive - An initiative for techies to Showcase their expertise and also to create a forum for them to present. Ashapurna Mukherjee, Raghu R, and Kannan Periyasamy from PerfQA Team was pretty excited and open to work with me in this initiative.
I have done many presentations in my career so far and this one is very special as well as close to my heart because all four of us from the same team are joining hands together to make up a 3-hour Webinar on "Application Performance Management" in association with K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology.
Quite a lot of effort went in by the team to create wonderful content. Please stop by to pass on your good wishes to our SMEs Asha, Raghu and Kannan for their debut external presentation. I am sure they will have many success stories down the line and motivate the budding engineers.
Owing to the successful presentation at KSRCT, the Team did an amazing show Bannari Amman Institute of Technology as well.
Asha’s Journey as a Speaker and Blogger is definitely a best gift for any manager.
