I'm Alexey, a solo developer, and I built Roomzine. You upload one photo of a room as it looks today, pick a style and get a redesign in about 30 seconds.
A single AI render is hard to act on: you see a nice picture and still don't know what changed or what to buy. So each result comes out as a magazine spread:
- before and after, side by side;
- close-ups of the specific changes (a new headboard, a different tap);
- the colour palette of the new room;
- a list of every change and a shopping list;
- a short editorial text about the room.
The full issue is a print-ready PDF. You can hand it to a contractor as a brief or keep it while you plan a renovation.
Who it is for
- People planning a renovation who want to compare a few styles before spending money.
- Landlords and agents who need virtual staging for a listing.
- Anyone with a small flat who wonders what it could look like.
Styles include Japandi, Scandinavian, Modern Tropical, Mid-century Modern, Bohemian, Industrial, Coastal and Minimalist.
What is free
Two redesigns are free, with no signup and no card. The full PDF magazine is paid: packs start at $5 for 2 rooms.
What I would like feedback on
- Rooms where the redesign doesn't match your real space (wrong layout, a window moved). This is the failure I care about most.
- Whether a printable brief is what you want from an AI redesign, or a single image is enough.
You can try it here: roomzine.com. I'll answer questions in the comments.
