Generate Synthetic Datasets

I’m working on a project to generate synthetic datasets. The idea is to take sklearn’s make_classification, but add more granular options and a sahweet interface.

This scratches a particular itch for me. I want to create tutorials with tailored datasets for exactly the scenario I need.
