Equality in tech looks like...
When everyone has the opportunity to enter the industry, to work, to grow, to share knowledge and to be paid fairly, regardless of gender, race, sexuality or any other factor.
My advice for allies to support self-identifying women and non-binary folks who code is...
First of all, LISTEN to them. Get to know their point of view, their problems, their ideas. Don't dismiss them when they call out prejudice just because it "never happened" to you. Give them the chance to show their work and share their knowledge.
