I have been working on tcs for the past 2 years. I worked on various project in GenAi from poc's to agent in production. In the past 2yr I really blessed to work under some Intellectual people . Now I got under dumb senior, who don't know anything more than me and don't know how he survived this 20 years.I am not simply saying single person , Iam saying there is bunch of people working here and thinking just using copilot for everything is enough and we can make the complete project. No wonder why this team never pushed any code to production still now. Because , I am not really blaming them. Here, they are wasting the junior's time(life) by giving stupid works to them. They couldn't able to learn anything completely.
Every one feel like under cooked chicken. I will say simple example: I worked in python, predominantly on backend and also on Java , even as devops engineer. When I came to this project they assigned me in frontend that too angular. I told them, I don't know anything in frontend. They just said learn it , You can learn in 2weeks with the use of llm. This is not alone a single reason. They are dumb this is just a example.
I am feeling sad for layman, carpenter's, plumbers, electrician. Who all are using their brain + physical work and earning very low compared to these stupids who just know some broken English and some half knowledge on computer science. I really wish IT company should conduct a basic test for every people working in here and kick the stupids out of here. atleast talented young people get chance.
And I need to mention the team name : It is a Internal team which is called BFSI-CTO Internal team. If you are just got selected in TCS , never ever come to this team. You won't learn anything. Just a piece of advice. Take it or leave it.
Sorry , I just got frustrated. That's why I am bashing and yapping here. It reduces mental pressure on me.
