If there's one thing I'd like to have more of in three years is consistency. I often enjoy the people parts of my job. I always enjoy the coding parts. Too much chaotic mixture of the two is tough. I'm especially feeling a lot of back and forth right now, and I will work towards simplifying this.

I don't need to have a cushier job or less hard work in three years, and I want to keep growing personally and professionally, but I'm mostly striving towards some earned consistency. But I still don't want a boss. Entrepreneurialism has been great!
