If you dig a bit deeper, you end up at a better joke: Unicode consortium finally settled the dispute by defining that the chicken came first
Conclusion: Given enough time, every problem can be solved by a committee, and the solution will always be wrong.
Side note: I don't want to know how many sleepless nights were spent arguing over which emoji should appear first / at a lower index.
Side note II: ironically, if we put an actual committee to decide which came first, they would most likely come up with a compromise solution to satisfy all sides of the argument.

I we know the syntax error or code errors like functions is not valid, or OOP concept is not used here properly then out code can be completed with bugs...!
