Moment of appreciation for the small design change GitHub made a little while back around "Changes requested"

This icon used to be a big red "X", which was very aggressive in design—Really the opposite of what we want as people in this situation.

The design changed a little over a year ago, and I just felt like pointing out that the change is still a big improvement. It's especially important we be able to communicate our intent when we aren't able to interpret tone.
