Help needed for twilio flex setup

Hi,
I am trying to use twilio flex. What i am doing is calling a twilio function which creates a conversation. After creating conversation, I need to trigger studio flow (send to flex) via webhook. But webhook does not fire after adding conversation or message. Although I can trigger that through REST API, but that does not support send to flex.
