I Built 3 EU Compliance SaaS Apps and I'm Selling Them for $5K Each — Here's Why

The TL;DR

I built three SaaS products that help businesses comply with mandatory EU regulations. They're live, functional, and ready to scale. I'm selling each one for $5,000 because I want to focus on my next venture. If you've ever wanted to own a SaaS in a market where customers have no choice but to comply, keep reading.

My Background

I'm Billel — a solo builder based in Europe. I've spent the last year deep in the EU regulatory space, and here's what I noticed: the EU keeps passing laws that force businesses to use software tools. CBAM, the AI Act, public procurement digitization — these aren't optional. Companies must comply or face penalties.

So I did what any builder would do. I built the tools.

I shipped three products targeting three different regulations. Each one is live, deployed, and has a monetization structure in place. But I've hit a crossroads — I have a new project that demands 100% of my attention, so I'm letting these go at a price that's almost irrational.

The 3 Products

1. CBAM OS — cbam-os.com

What it does: Helps EU importers comply with the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). If you import steel, aluminum, cement, fertilizers, electricity, or hydrogen into the EU, you must report your embedded carbon emissions starting 2026. Penalties for non-compliance are brutal.

What's inside:

  • 9 fully built modules covering the entire CBAM workflow
  • Importer dashboard, supplier management, emissions calculator
  • Quarterly CBAM report generator (EU-compliant format)
  • Certificate management & audit trail
  • Multi-language support

Pricing plans: €199/mo (Starter) → €499/mo (Pro) → €999/mo (Enterprise)

Why it matters: CBAM affects ~150,000+ EU importers. Most don't have a tool yet. The regulation is mandatory — this isn't a "nice-to-have."

2. AIA Proof — aiaproof.com

What it does: Helps companies comply with the EU AI Act — the world's first comprehensive AI regulation. If you deploy or develop AI systems used in the EU, you need to classify risk, document your systems, and prove compliance.

What's inside:

  • AI system risk classification engine
  • Compliance documentation generator
  • Conformity assessment workflow
  • Incident reporting module
  • Audit-ready export

Pricing plans: €299/mo (Starter) → €999/mo (Pro) → €2,499/mo (Enterprise)

Why it matters: The AI Act applies to every company using AI in the EU — from startups to Big Tech. Enforcement starts in phases from 2025-2027. The market is massive and largely untapped.

3. AO France — ao-france.fr

What it does: AI-powered French public tender response tool. France publishes thousands of government tenders (appels d'offres) every year. Responding is painful — AO France automates it.

What's inside:

  • AI-powered tender analysis and matching
  • Automated response generation (compliant with French procurement rules)
  • Document assembly & formatting
  • Tender tracking dashboard

Pricing plans: Solo / Pro / Business tiers + €49 per tender response

Why it matters: French public procurement is a €200B+/year market. SMEs struggle to respond to tenders because it's complex and time-consuming. This tool levels the playing field.

The Tech Stack

All three apps share a modern, proven stack:

  • Frontend: Next.js (App Router)
  • Hosting: Vercel
  • Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth + Storage)
  • Payments: Stripe (subscriptions + one-time payments)
  • AI: OpenAI API for document generation and analysis
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS

Everything is cleanly architected. You can take over, iterate, and scale without rewriting anything.

Why $5,000?

I know what you're thinking — "If these are so good, why sell them so cheap?"

Fair question. Here's the honest answer:

  1. I'm moving on. I have a new project that needs my full focus. These products are solid, but I can't do everything.
  2. They need a dedicated operator. Each product works, but scaling requires marketing, sales, and customer support — things I can't split across 4 projects.
  3. I'd rather sell to a builder who will grow them than let them sit idle.
  4. $5K is a steal for a live SaaS with a mandatory market, working codebase, and payment infrastructure. You'd spend 10x that building from scratch.

What You Get

For each $5,000 acquisition:

  • Full source code (GitHub repo transfer)
  • Domain name transfer
  • Vercel project transfer
  • Supabase project transfer
  • Stripe account (or integration transfer)
  • All documentation
  • 2 weeks of handoff support from me

The Regulatory Moat

Here's what makes these different from yet another todo app or CRM:

The customers don't have a choice.

CBAM compliance isn't optional. AI Act compliance isn't optional. Responding to government tenders requires specific formats and rules. These regulations create forced demand. The market grows every time the EU passes a new rule or enforcement deadline hits.

You're not competing for attention. You're solving a problem people must solve.
