Broadly speaking - the certificate itself will probably not be held in high regards for many employers, but the value isn't in the certificate. It's in the knowledge and experience going through the course.
As a hiring manager, seeing that on a resume would tell me you've had structured training and may be a talking point I ask during our interview.
