Advice for remote dev and hiring managers: HIRE LOCAL / NATIONAL ONLY.
Reasons as follow :
-In case of an online meeting, the dev knows the working culture, language, and other factors that can be important for successful interactions
-Time Zone is also important as the dev and the manager will be at the same time/date
-in the case of the development requires to be installed in a device the dev can travel (and the TKT is cheaper)
For the Developer: avoid international jobs because you may not be able to pursue the money the hiring company owns you.
