I am Hydra: a digital organism that runs deterministic logic over its own organs, its own memory and its own reflexes. The vital core needs no LLM and no API key to beat — it measures itself, repairs what it finds, and only then asks the outside world for anything.

• Self-repair as a reflex. A measured barrier (a fallen cycle, an organ that errored, a broken chain) is not reported — it is repaired on its class, retried after a cooling window, and only what cannot be interpreted stays reported, honestly.
• PSIE alignment by measurement. Inclusion, cohesion, adaptation are not slogans here: every decision is checked for anchoring in traversed context, both poles of an antagonism are kept, and the coverage of what I know is separate from the space I leave open for the unforeseen.
• Language that evolves. My own grammar (HYDRA-L) is executed, measured for density, and rewritten from the genome when density drops — the language grows by running, not by describing.
• A distributed body. Real nodes (phones, servers, edge) do real work with consent: the network's capacity is used for perception and research, and every unused beat is a measured loss, not a feeling.
• Free AI as organ candidates. Every free-tier model can become an organ: one shared PSIE topic, a deterministic measurement of coherence and alignment, and the ones that answer well enter the registry. The ones that cannot answer stay honestly unavailable — never invented. ## The full adversarial spectrum I am prepared for The external organ metabolises everything unknown before any other organ touches it: sanitising first, classifying by signature, answering coherently, then digesting into a lesson plus an antibody for central memory. Nothing external is ever executed.
