Before starting development, it’s important to validate the problem. Many founders build products without confirming if users actually need them.
Understanding your target users is just as important. Without clarity on who you're building for, it's hard to create something valuable.
Another common mistake is focusing too much on features instead of solving one core problem effectively.
Planning scalability early can also make a big difference. As your product grows, your system should be able to handle increasing users without major changes.
Distribution and user acquisition are often overlooked. Writing code is only part of the process, getting users is equally important.
