Why one team handles all of it
Client needs rarely stop at one thing. A WhatsApp bot client usually also needs a website. A website client usually needs hosting. Hosting clients usually need ongoing support when something breaks at an inconvenient hour.
Rather than hand clients off to other vendors for each of those, we built the in-house capability to handle the whole chain — which also means fewer integration headaches when, say, a bot needs to talk to a website's backend, or a VPS needs to be configured around a specific app's requirements.
The team
