Recently, the platform implemented a change in its onboarding logic to enhance the user experience. During the onboarding process, users are now presented with a page where they can select tags to follow. Subsequently, the subsequent page, which allows users to choose individuals to follow, automatically selects various individuals who actively engage in discussions related to the selected tags. While users have the option to deselect these auto-selected individuals, it is uncommon for them to do so. Spammers typically navigate the onboarding process swiftly to commence their spamming activities. Notably, spammers rarely create profile pictures, although this does not necessarily imply that all individuals without profile pictures are spammers.
