Embargoed it's a wordpress/rail plugin that blocks all traffic from Russia and displays a pro-Ukraine message. I'm going to be adding something similar to my custom sites

Thank you for standing with Ukraine and speaking the harsh truth, Kristjan. As a young Ukrainian father working brutal 12-hour night shifts under war conditions, I feel completely broken today.
