INTRODUCTION
Just two months ago, I got introduced to the Tech world and started my Tech journey. Previously I had basic knowledge of Html and Css. So here I am to share how i was able to come up with this simple website and the experience i had throughout the process. So let's dive into it !!
After my six weeks virtual training on TECH4DEV platform ( a platform that gives 100% scholarship to women who are ready and willing to venture into Tech). I got in contact with @devoluwatoyin who happens to be an excellent frontend developer and she took me in as her mentee and promised to take me by my hand and help me actualize my dream of becoming a TechSter. She (@devoluwatoyin) then introduced me to fronted mentor, where I get project challenges and attempt them. This omelet Recipe-page is the first challenge I attempted and I was able to recreate it the way it is on the design that was given.
The page was not a difficult one looking at it but as a beginner I had challenges, most especially on the Css part. Positioning the wrapper at the center of the webpage was really challenging to me then but with the help of my mentor, I was able to overcome them. I didn't understand how to go about with the table at the end of the page but through series of research, I was able to come up with it.
The experience was a fun and exciting one. working and seeing your work turn out positively is really amazing to behold. Working on this project really gave me the urge to go for more projects which I have started already but will update you guys once i'm done with them.
