I’ve been thinking about sharing some electronic circuit posts on Dev.to — small circuits, DIY builds, and hardware experiments. Dev.to is primaril...

Yes. Unless we're talking about developing equipment to launch nuclear weapons. Just kidding.
Seriously though, just use the search on the site, you'll immediately notice that you're not the only one. so nice idea.
awesome, thanks for the comments and defiantly no nukes lol, I'm much better with hardware and i love making tools and i hope to get good enough to merge my programing and engineering skills and do something worthwhile
Yes. You can post anything that is DEV related. We would love to see more hardware than software side of things in my opinion.
Like @embernoglow mentioned, as long as you are not demonstrating anything illegal, you are fine. :)
Oh, please do post about those things, I'd love to read about projects of fellow electronics tinkerers! Soldering and software engineering are much closer to each other than people often think, imho. A hardware point-of-view is interesting, because it's hollistic. Electronics and software engineering are two sides of the same coin. My experience when it comes to these projects:
Looking forward to your posts! :)
thanks a ton for the feed back, i feel the exact same about hardware and software being the two sides of the same coin, and im working on a few things im getting ready to do vids on.
Totally appropriate IMO - bring it on!
Dev.to is about "development", but that can equally well be hardware, not just software - I remember people posting articles about Arduino and Raspberry, so yeah, totally okay in my book ... nice!
thanks for the comment, i really just didn't want to offend.
Have you tried asking it on Electronics Stack Exchange?
It's a slightly more relevant and 'on topic' place to discuss hardware matters.
Yes please!
Hardware is very cool, especially when most if not all posts exclusively focus on the software side of things.
thanks, i love the hardware side of things, hardware introduced me to software
Circuits seems to be a great idea. Hope to see a soldering tutorial 😆
What do you mean by - Is it Ethical? Are you trying to build an LLM or what? lol
i didn't even think about that, I'm not the best but i mange, but you will most definitely see one
