Structured Event Storming

For decades, IT teams have lived with the gap between what a feature is supposed to do and what actually gets built. It has a name, interpretation drift, and most of us assumed better documentation would eventually close it. The word "Order" meant at least five different things to five stakeholders by the time it reached the application.

Then AI coding agents arrived, and we realized they don't close that gap, they just make it faster to escalate. An agent can turn an ambiguous spec into working code in minutes. Speed was never the bottleneck; the ambiguity just shifted right.

So we built StormPilot, an AI-assisted Structured Event Storming editor whose job is to shift that ambiguity back to the left. It won't tell your AI agent HOW to build something; it makes sure the stakeholders agree on WHAT to build.
