As far as programming, I'm learning about React (I haven't learned much about it) and a bit about macOS setup (I only use Windows or Ubuntu on my PCs).
As far as life lessons, I'm learning about inclusivity and tolerance. :D

Happy new year to anyone reading this!

Yeah, that didn't happen. I learned the art of the French Press. Never going back to drip again (at home that is).

All I need is a good grinder and i believe I'll be set.

Yes! The fresh ground stuff makes all the difference.

It's easy to spend a lot on a nice coffee machine (and shoot, there are some good ones) but really French Press + freshly ground beans is easily up there with the best. The nice machines might get you some small gains, but I think having freshly ground stuff is the ticket.

I got a pretty cheap, but decently good electric one I use. I think it's from like Target or something, haha.

My podcast would be for programmers and about programming careers, specifically all of it but the programming part.
The format would be circa 45 minutes long interviews, in french, every two weeks.
That's an early plan so things can change, i don't even have a name yet.

GraphQL is my focus for the weekend. Also researching to see if there's any cases where people have conjoined a SQL and NoSQL database because I'm curious about what such a bastardization would look like, as well as what the use-cases would be.

Trying C++ instead of Java:

I hate VS 2022 but on the flip side it makes all my Gradle builds look slow ;)

That's kinda what I was guessing! When I hear C++, my mind instantly goes to games. Anywho, best of luck with the transition!
