What do you do if your tablet is frozen and won't turn off? You can restart the tablet forcibly, or you can reset your tab to solve the problem.
Electronic devices, like people, are not perfect. It may happen that if the electricity has gone out and suddenly returned, or I run an application, the tablet has been frozen or blocked. These are the things that happen with technology, but I will try to solve these problems.
What should you not do?
The first thing to do is that if an application has blocked the tablet, do not start giving all the buttons and touching the screen. Of course, what we usually do is the opposite.
It is the same as with computers, at the moment it does not work, we do not stop turning the mouse, giving all the buttons, all the keyboard keys and more than one, it will have escaped a kick if the computer is the tower.
Turn off the tablet.
Sometimes this is solved by turning off the tablet or, what is the same, doing a restart.
Let's press and hold the off button for a few seconds to see if it turns off. If you do nothing, you are blocked, and you have to keep trying other things.
Do a reset
Look in the tablet for a hole that says reset. It is very small and only fits a needle or an open paper clip.
We take the clip, and when we insert it, we will reach the top, and at that moment, we push a little, and we will feel the press of a button, but release it quickly.
If you leave it pressed for a longer time, it will possibly reset us to the parameters that came from the factory, erasing everything we had installed. It should be enough to unlock a tablet.
Contact the official technical service.
After trying, if all this remains the same, we have to contact the technical service either Samsung, Lenovo, etc.
Search Google for the brand, access the contact section, and you will be able to contact them because if it is under warranty, it will cover the problem.
If it's out of warranty
If the tablet is no longer under warranty, you can contact a technician to review it, and 2 things can happen.
The failure is of the software, and with changing the ROM, the problem is solved, which is usually very common in these devices.
Or that the tablet has a technical failure, and in this case, and depending on what it costs to repair it, you will indeed have to buy a new tablet.
