Maybe you debugged the feature and saw that you got the correct error from the server you failed to upload the file to, so you suspect the problem is in webpage. Maybe it wasn't returning the error you expected?
It really helps to narrow down the problem. And maybe we can identify something you don't know yet that we can teach you. Plus it demonstrates that you have tried to fix it, which I know I needed as a junior to give myself confidence that I wasn't asking a stupid question.

Yes I love this addition! Laying out what you’ve tried in a clear and concise manner is key. And it isn’t always easy to do that for sure.
