Free Resume Bullet Rewriter (Impact-Focused)

One of the hardest parts of writing a resume isn’t the formatting — it’s the bullet points.

A lot of resumes fail because the bullets are vague:
• “Responsible for…”
• “Worked on…”
• “Helped with…”

Recruiters and ATS systems don’t respond well to that.

While job searching, I built a small free tool that helps rewrite weak resume bullets into clearer, impact-focused statements.

What the tool does

The Resume Bullet Rewriter takes:

• your role
• your existing bullet
• (optionally) the target job description

It then generates a structured prompt you can paste into ChatGPT to produce stronger bullets that:

• use action verbs
• focus on outcomes
• include metrics where possible

No account required.

How to use it

1. Enter your role and current bullet
2. Click “Build prompt”
3. Paste the prompt into ChatGPT
4. Copy the rewritten bullet and tweak as needed
