Add a handy little pictogram to your sessions.
When you have dozens, hundreds of sessions, to understand quickly what this session is about (of course you can read the name of this session), but I came up with something, and I do not think it is genius, but it is a very handy feature.
You give every session 2 to 3 icons that show what this session is about. 2 to 3 unique icons.
One icon is not unique, it shows what this session is about, in general, the type of the session. It is remote infrastructure, or, in general, outreach, or we are applying for a job, or something connected to some mission of yours.
I have several missions, by the way: getting hired and building a community of engineers. And launching a startup, for, if nothing at all works out, launching a startup.
So, missions, yes, some kind of important goals. Work in Telegram, in WhatsApp, with email and so on.
In short, you have one icon that defines the format of the session, what this session is about. And two icons just narrow down further what was inside this session.
Having these icons makes the work a great deal easier. You can see right away, clearly, what this session is about.
