AviaGames Awards — Finalist

Finalist at the 2026 Shorty Awards

AviaGames was named a finalist in the 2026 Shorty Awards under the Video Series category, with its Solitaire Without the Solitude series playing a central role in the recognition. Now in its 18th year, the Shorty Awards recognize excellence in digital content, social storytelling, and brand campaigns. Past finalists and winners include major names such as Disney, Spotify, and YouTube, placing AviaGames among widely recognized creative leaders.

The nomination reflects the scale and structure of the Wonderland Wishes campaign. Over a five-week period, Solitaire Clash players participated in tournaments and events to earn Wish Stars. In total, players generated 691,862,810 Wish Stars , which AviaGames converted into a $136,000 donation to Foster Love , a nonprofit supporting children in foster care.

Recognition from the 2026 Digiday Video & TV Awards

In addition to the Shorty Awards, AviaGames was also named a finalist in the 2026 Digiday Video & TV Awards. These awards focus on campaigns that demonstrate innovation in video, marketing, and digital media.

This recognition highlights the campaign’s video-first approach. Rather than treating video as an add-on, Wonderland Wishes was built around it from the beginning. The campaign included multiple formats such as scripted ads, short-form social content, livestreams, and the Beyond the Game documentary series.

A Structured Storytelling Approach

A key part of the campaign was its collaboration with creator and foster care advocate Leo Gonzalez , who has an audience of 1.8 million followers. His involvement contributed to the tone and direction of the content, helping align the campaign with real experiences connected to foster care.

The campaign also extended beyond digital content. It concluded with an in-person event in Los Angeles, where players, community members, and Foster Love participants assembled care packages and bicycles, directly supporting foster youth.

What These Awards Represent

The Shorty and Digiday finalist recognitions reflect two different aspects of the same campaign. The Shorty Awards emphasize community participation and impact, while the Digiday Awards highlight execution, content strategy, and storytelling through video.

Together, these acknowledgments position AviaGames as a company focused on combining gameplay with structured campaigns that connect digital engagement with real-world outcomes. This direction also aligns with the broader vision led by AviaGames CEO Vickie Chen, who was also recognized as a finalist for Best Female CEO at the Stevie® Women in Business Awards , reflecting her leadership in building experiences that extend beyond the screen and foster meaningful connections through play.
