ActivityTimeline is a resource management app for Jira that makes tracking time and work plans easy. You can even use it to track your meetings. The app includes various events not available in Jira, and you can also create your own custom events in ActivityTimeline.

On the Planning Dashboard, click on the cell to find events. A menu with custom events will open:
Afterward, you can schedule your meetings directly on the dashboard to see all current and upcoming meetings. Customize the meeting view in the configuration so each type of meeting has its own color:
Track Your Meetings with Timesheets
Our timesheet section includes tracking time for meetings. Past meetings are treated like worked hours, and future meetings are treated like plans.
Go to the Track Module to generate timesheet reports. You can get meeting time information in seconds. For example, let’s look at the meetings of the A-Team’s PM Remi:
We can see when Remi had meetings, with whom, and how much time he spent.
