It's Day 4 of building Dev Suit, and I've already learned something valuable:
Most side projects don't fail because of bad ideas. They fail because people stop building.
I'm treating this project as a marathon, not a sprint.
What I focused on today
- Improving the existing experience instead of chasing new features
- Learning more about SEO and discoverability
- Using AI-assisted vibe coding to speed up development while reviewing everything before shipping
- Planning the next set of developer tools based on real-world use cases
The mindset I'm adopting
I don't expect overnight traffic or instant revenue.
Instead, I'm measuring success by whether I show up every day and make the product a little better than it was yesterday.
Day 4 Metrics
- 💰 Revenue: ₹0
- 📅 Days Since Launch: 4
- 🚀 Focus: Consistency over perfection
