until you start building.
The first version of PixoraCloud looked amazing on paper.
Then reality hit.
We discovered:
Some features weren't necessary
Some APIs were too complicated
Some ideas solved our problem, not the user's problem
So we changed them.
A lot.
That's where we are today.
Not chasing perfection.
Chasing simplicity.
Building in public means admitting your first idea isn't always your best one.
