Borderlands 4 legendary farming is either the most satisfying loot grind or the most frustrating RNG experience depending on whether you know the dedicated drop sources. I have killed Graveward about sixty times and here is everything I learned about which weapons are worth farming and where to get them.
S-Tier weapons define the meta
The Conference Call (Hyperion shotgun) is still the best shotgun in the franchise. Fires pellets that spawn additional projectiles on impact. At Mayhem 3, one shot into a crowd clears the room. Graveward has a 10% dedicated drop rate with a 30-second runback.
The Double Penetrating Unkempt Harold (Torgue pistol) fires 14 explosive rounds per shot. Savage Lee spawns in three locations on Pandora-2. The Three Horns Divide route hits all three spawns in about 2 minutes. The DPUH outdamages every other variant by at least 30%.

Weapon parts matter more than you think
The grip, barrel, and stock affect damage, fire rate, and recoil by 20-30%. A Conference Call with a Jakobs grip is significantly better than one with a Tediore grip. Always check the parts before celebrating a drop. The Double Penetrating prefix on the Unkempt Harold requires a specific Torgue grip.
Vault Hunter weapon synergies
