The bot would be functioning via Facebook Messenger and search for local Concierges from a database. There would also be an option for local Concierges to sign up and get enrolled in the same database.
There would be a verification module which fetches data from Facebook account.

It's not clear to me what "concierge" means in this context. Aren't they all employed by a hotel or building management company? Why would you want to speak to an arbitrary concierge?
A concierge is usually employed by a hotel.
In my case, I want it to be a local person in remote areas where there is not much data on line about hotels, and travel options.
