# 001: FlutterMe Series- Time to take a step back

I've been wondering about the best way to document my development journey and increase my visibility online. After much thought, I've decided to start a new blog series focused on mobile development called "FlutterMe." If you're reading this, consider yourself invited to join a long and insightful series covering mobile development, design, architecture—and at times, life itself.

Today, I want to talk about knowing when to take a step back in your projects, tasks, and maybe even life. We live in a world where we juggle many things at once. We tend to release half-finished projects and work that doesn't meet our own standards. We should learn when to pause, re-evaluate our progress, and assess where we stand.

We've been blessed with vast information across the internet—LSPs, AI, everything we need to create that near-perfect project. So take your time as you build your masterpiece. Follow best practices as much as possible. Don't give in to shortcuts. Shortcuts lead to shortcomings.

This blog is also a chance for me to step back and revisit my basics and fundamentals as I grow in my development journey. It will be a constant reminder to stay accountable to myself and my readers. Despite the name, it won't only feature my mobile development journey but also other concepts I might pick up along the way. At the end of the day, I hope it will be good enough to flatter you 😂.
