With the emergence of web3, we now have new and different technologies popping up. Technologies ranging from the blockchain, decentralized applications (Dapps), decentralized finance (DeFi), cryptocurrencies, DAOs and smart contracts. Each making the web a more decentralized and user-centric place.

There are a couple of steps I believe can help you kickstart your career in web3. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner looking to break into the world of web3 or an experienced web2 developer, the steps still apply.

Understanding the fundamentals is always key as it will help you in the long run. Take your time, go through resources, and familiarize yourself with the fundamental concepts.
