Do you want to publish a feed of your own posts, or display somebody else’s feed on your site? Those need different implementations.
For publishing your own, the RSS Advisory Board’s RSS 2.0 specification is a useful starting guide: it includes a sample feed, the required channel fields (
title,link,description), item fields, and a validator link. Generate the feed from the same post data your site uses so it updates when you publish.Which framework/CMS is your website built with? That would let people point you to its specific feed-generation guide instead of guessing a plugin or package.
