Every Telegram Lead Should Land in Your CRM in 60 Seconds

A HOT lead that sits in a chat for three hours is a lost deal. The reply came late, the buyer already chose a competitor. Plumbing is the fix: every qualified lead flows into the CRM automatically, with context attached.

The minimum viable pipeline

Telegram message → intent scored → HOT creates a CRM lead with name, handle, message text, group source, and timestamp. No copy-paste, no end-of-day exports. Sixty seconds from message to CRM record, unattended.

Anything slower reintroduces the exact delay automation was supposed to kill. I have seen teams with good scoring lose deals because the handoff was a manual CSV at 6pm.

What to sync (and what to skip)

Sync: contact identity, source group, full first message, intent score, timestamp. Skip: full chat history (sync on demand), COLD leads (noise in the CRM poisons reports), internal scoring notes.

One decision matters early: create CRM duplicates or merge by handle. Duplicates inflate the pipeline and corrupt conversion stats within weeks. Merge by Telegram handle or phone from day one.

Honest limits

Integration does not fix a broken top of funnel. Pumping garbage leads into a clean CRM faster just makes prettier dashboards of the same failure. Scoring quality first, plumbing second.

And webhooks fail silently. Monitor delivery with a daily digest of failed pushes, or one day you will discover a week of leads never arrived.

How fast do your leads reach the CRM today - minutes, hours, or "at the end of the week"?
