I successfully negotiated my first dev compensation package. It was tough and I made a ton of mistakes along the way, but after 2 weeks of negotiating, I was finally able to sign the offer letter this week :)
I did a lot of things this week!
• Delved deep into OWASP.
• Won a prize at Chrome Developer Summit India
• Became runner up in Digital Ocean Hackathon :D
• Created a project for solving transaction issues in Local shops based in India.
• Successfully mentored 3k+ students in Hack the North 2021 Hackathon.
• And last but not least, learned to bake a cake 😁
Started blogging again :D

Felt little bit sad as didn't win the DOhackathon but I enjoyed it... will win the next :)
It was great fun for me to participate as well!

Dang that is looking good!
Did a ZIM ZOOM which was fun - so announced the ZIM Cat 03 launch on ZOOM and sort of felt like a Tech Tycoon at some big conference! A conference of 10 but still fun none-the less. Here is the promo video youtube.com/watch?v=tFd4fBP7V_c - if fast moving pics is troublesome for you, please do not click. Cheers!

Wrote 3 more chapters for my new book, going slower than I had planned, but still happy with the progress made so far. Had planned to finish it by this month end, but looks like early-to-mid Feb is more likely at this point. Also, I'm getting the book cover done by a professional instead of my own shitty designs - talked to an artist this week and I hope it'll come out great, fingers crossed.
