I successfully negotiated my first dev compensation package. It was tough and I made a ton of mistakes along the way, but after 2 weeks of negotiating, I was finally able to sign the offer letter this week :)
Started blogging again :D
🎉 wop woop

Felt little bit sad as didn't win the DOhackathon but I enjoyed it... will win the next :)
It was great fun for me to participate as well!
Great submission btw! Just enjoyed playing your game a little bit!
Thanks Bobby 🙂

Did a ZIM ZOOM which was fun - so announced the ZIM Cat 03 launch on ZOOM and sort of felt like a Tech Tycoon at some big conference! A conference of 10 but still fun none-the less. Here is the promo video youtube.com/watch?v=tFd4fBP7V_c - if fast moving pics is troublesome for you, please do not click. Cheers!
Completed updating one of my series here:

Wrote 3 more chapters for my new book, going slower than I had planned, but still happy with the progress made so far. Had planned to finish it by this month end, but looks like early-to-mid Feb is more likely at this point. Also, I'm getting the book cover done by a professional instead of my own shitty designs - talked to an artist this week and I hope it'll come out great, fingers crossed.
Dang that is looking good!
Being alive.
We dropped our first Virtual Coffee podcast with Forem/Dev’s own Nick Taylor!
Tails, the drag and drop TailwindCSS Page Creator got featured on Product Hunt 🙌
Congrats, Mine took a big dive last year as well
I finished startremote.dev. I haven't completed many of my side projects lately. Started around 5, finished none. So it felt good, even if it's 10x smaller than the rest.
Designed a 3 tier web application infra and deployed using terraform..
I got a new offer for ML role. :)
I made my first bucks with Daily C++ Interview! 🎉🎉🎉!
I've been on the fence about dropping gatsby for awhile. I don't think I am really using react enough to justify it, and all the extra js/json did the exact same to my site last year.
