How i use Ai ?

I don't use it for solving my technical problems . I used it as a researcher friend . I Used it as who can give suggestion but driver is me for my code .
I don't use for writing my full code . i just asks for references .

For example -
If i want to Learn what skills are worth i that i need to upgrade . i asked this question .
