I am Diyor Raxmatullaev (also written Diyor Rahmatullayev), founder and CEO of CoreMed in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We build ClinicaGo, a CRM and medical information system for private clinics, and HamshiraGo, a home nursing service.
Why we built it
Most private clinics here still run on paper: a registry desk with folders, a separate notebook for money, and a doctor who cannot see what happened to the patient last month. Imported systems are priced per seat in dollars and translated badly. So we wrote our own.
What ClinicaGo does
- Appointments and a live queue for the front desk, with prices and discounts in soums
- Electronic medical records: visits, diagnoses, prescriptions, attached files
- Doctor schedule and rooms, including inpatient wards and beds for sanatoriums
- Cash desk and finance: payments, debts, expenses, a daily report the owner actually reads
- Roles: CEO, reception, doctor, and a call centre role that replaced an external CRM for one client
Stack
TypeScript everywhere. NestJS with TypeORM and PostgreSQL on the backend, Redis and BullMQ for queues, Socket.IO for live updates on the front desk screen. Next.js for the web app and landing pages, React Native with Expo for mobile. Deployed on Railway, errors go to Sentry.
What surprised us
The hardest part was never the code. Every clinic counts money differently, and the same word means different things in a dental clinic and in a health centre. We ended up gating features by clinic type instead of shipping one universal flow.
