There was a period where my team lead would ask me to "share that analysis you mentioned" and I'd send a ChatGPT link. Then realize they'd have to read through 30 messages of back-and-forth to find the actual insight.
That's not sharing. That's assigning homework.
What I do now is export the relevant part of the conversation as a PDF — just the messages that matter, not the whole thread — and send that. The PDF has a table of contents on the first page, so my team can jump straight to the section they care about.
Takes 30 seconds. They read it in 3 minutes instead of 15. Everyone's happier.
The extension I use for this is XWX AI Chat Exporter. It has this selection mode where you click inside a blue dashed frame around each message to pick what you want to export. Way faster than hunting for checkboxes.
My team doesn't even know I'm using an extension. They just think I got really good at formatting documents 😄
But honestly, the real win isn't the tool — it's the habit of exporting the useful part instead of dumping the whole conversation on someone. That alone changed how my team uses my AI work.
