THE PHONE NUMBER TRACKING PROBLEM

So many people lose theur phones daily, this genetates a huge volume of questions asking how can we track the phone back?
I also asked the same question somefays back and i feel we need to do a collabo here.
Someone please share with me how you can do this using python, the code must be able yo get precuse location of within 5 feet of accuracy
