Day 1164 : The Road

  • Saturday : Before heading to the station, I did some 3D model work in the workshop and got this key chain model to a really good state. Made it to the station and had a great time on air as usual. Got a little more ranty than normal, but a good time nevertheless. The recording of this week's show is at https://kNOwBETTERHIPHOP.com

  • Sunday : Did my study sessions at https://untilit.works and in addition to normal tasks, I was able to set up a 3D printer and continue work on some 3D models. I even used AI to do some research for a project I'm looking to get into. Got a really good result.

  • Professional : A really good day to start the week off. Responded to some community questions that came in during the weekend. Had some meetings. Worked on some documentation.

  • Personal : Setting up the new printer came with some bumps in the road. I could not get through the initial calibration after setting up stuff like the WiFi. Tried 3 times, on the fourth, I skipped it, updated the firmware and then ran the calibration again and it completed successfully. In other 3D printing news, I'm just refining this model and almost ready to start mass producing it. I've got one more to figure out how I am going to piece it together because it won't fit on a single print bed. Also, I did what support suggested and was able to remove the stuck nozzle in the printer. Looking to get it up and running soon.

A vast and awe-inspiring canyon stretches across the frame, revealing layers upon layers of colorful rock formations in shades of red, orange, brown, and hints of green. The immense scale of the landscape is emphasized by the deep gorges and towering plateaus under a sky filled with dramatic clouds. Haze softens the distant ridges, creating a sense of depth and grandeur. This is a view of the Grand Canyon, Arizona, USA.

Going to work on this model and get it ready for production. I also want to make some headway in how I can split this model up so that I can get it printed in the most efficient way. I'll probably also listen to some tracks for the radio show while I work on the models. Just found out that episodes of the new season of "Fire Force" has been dropping. Going to see if I can catch up on it before going to bed. Going to get dinner while waiting on this one print to finish so I can start another one to print overnight. I'm out!
