  • Professional : Thursdays normally mean a day full of meetings and today was no different. I had 4 meetings, there was one I couldn't attend because I had a conflict. So I made it to 3. Then I had a couple of pretty in-depth community questions to respond to. Then for the rest of the day, I bumped my head over and over trying to get the MCP servers I published to NPM yesterday to work. After searching the internet and consulting with AI, I finally got it to work, I think. There are environment variables that are needed and even though I changed the .env filename and add them in the config and it still worked. Hopefully it's not a caching situation or something. Going to try and get someone to test it out on their computer.

  • Personal : More 3D printing. I even tried to print overnight on a couple of the smaller printers plugged into the solar battery. I also started putting together the projects I'll pick up on Bandcamp and did some work on the radio show.

So... the 2 printers that I set to print overnight only made it to like 88% before the solar battery ran out. This morning, I continued the prints but only one set turned out okay. So I reprinted the set that got messed up. I was kind of sad it didn't work so I didn't do too much printing. Basically just had my solar batteries charging and only had a few printers printing. I sent out emails to customers to double check their orders and shipping addresses. After posting this blog, I'm going to start putting together some orders and get ready to ship out. Also need to finalize my Bandcamp list and work on the radio show. Good news is that one solar battery is full. Just got a little more time before sundown to get as much sunlight for the other solar panel. Luckily, I got a notification that the new solar battery I ordered is about to ship and it looks like they are in the same state. Should hopefully get here soon so I can start getting prints done overnight. Fingers crossed. I'm out!
